They do not constitute a client engagement, and using this site does not create a client relationship with ANMK Services Ltd or with its supervising advocate. A client relationship begins only once we have completed due diligence and issued a signed engagement letter.
2. No advice
Content on this website is general information about ANMK's services and regulatory standing. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and should not be relied on as such. Specific advice depends on specific facts we don't have until you engage us.
3. Two distinct capacities
Services described on this site are provided either by ANMK Services Ltd, in its capacity as an administration service provider, or by its supervising advocate, in their capacity as a practising advocate. Which capacity applies to a given engagement will be made explicit in writing before work begins.
4. Intellectual property
The text, layout, and design of this site belong to ANMK Services Ltd unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce substantial parts of it without permission.
5. No guarantee of outcome
Where this site references matters such as bank account opening, we act only in an administrative or advisory capacity — decisions such as bank approval are made independently by the relevant institution and are not guaranteed by us.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.
