1. Who we are
ANMK Services Ltd ("ANMK", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 426938, regulated via the Cyprus Bar Association as described in our Regulatory standing.
2. What we collect
- Enquiry data: name, email address, and any message content you submit through our contact form.
- Client onboarding data: once a client relationship begins, identification documents, source-of-funds/wealth information, and related due-diligence data, collected under our anti-money laundering obligations.
- Basic technical data: standard web server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) if generated by our hosting provider. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
3. Why we process it
- To respond to enquiries — legal basis: your consent, given via the contact form checkbox.
- To perform client due diligence and maintain records — legal basis: legal obligation, under the Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Law of 2007 (Law 188(I)/2007), as amended.
- To provide contracted administration services to clients — legal basis: performance of a contract.
4. Retention
Enquiry data that does not lead to a client relationship is retained only as long as needed to respond, and then deleted. Client due-diligence and transaction records are retained for the minimum period required under Cyprus AML/CFT law, generally a minimum of five years from the end of the business relationship — confirm the exact applicable period with our compliance officer, as it can vary by record type.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with: our supervising advocate and compliance officer, regulators and authorities where legally required (including the Cyprus Bar Association and the Unit for Combating Money Laundering, MOKAS), professional advisers bound by confidentiality, and IT/hosting providers acting as processors on our behalf.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability where applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
7. Cookies
This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and a consent mechanism will be added before any non-essential cookies are set.
