Close to the legal side, on purpose

We work at a deliberately close distance to the legal side of company administration: ANMK is directed and beneficially owned by a practising advocate and member of the Cyprus Bar Association — which is also the regulatory basis for how ANMK operates. That closeness is deliberate rather than incidental. A great deal of what goes wrong in company administration — a filing made without the underlying legal step being valid, a resolution drafted without checking the law behind it — happens at the seam between "administration" and "legal." Keeping both under one roof, while keeping the two capacities clearly labelled, is how we try to avoid that seam becoming a gap.
